From Ephemeral Object to Urban RelicIn the landscape of contemporary urban culture, the aerosol can is a disposable instrument of fleeting expression—a utilitarian tool destined to be used, discarded, and forgotten. 395Cans challenges this cycle of transience through meticulous physical intervention.Each sculpture undergoes a rigorous process of hand-folding and structural deformation, breaking the familiar cylindrical geometry to transform industrial aluminum into a complex, faceted monolith. Paired with brutalist concrete bases and protected beneath glass domes, these objects are stripped of their original function and elevated into sacred relics of modern archaeology.This body of work bridges the raw energy of street culture with the restrained, contemplative rigor of fine art, freezing motion and immortalizing the ephemeral spirit of the city into a permanent, tactile monument.
